Finally, we introduce promising candidates to our clients. Depending on the client's needs, this step might involve one to three meetings.

Step 2: Welcome Wagon


You're about to embark on an amazing journey. Here's what to expect:

First, our HR Team will reach out to you with a list of things you need to do before diving in. This might include paperwork and other important stuff.

Next, we'll guide you through the company onboarding process. We'll talk about your job offer, sign some papers like non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and finalize your contract.

We'll also help you get acquainted with any new clients you'll be working with. You'll have the chance to chat directly with them about your role, things like rest days, vacation time, and what they expect from you.

Step 3: Remote Compass


As you dive into remote work, know that you won't be alone. Each consultant will have the support of a Client Satisfaction Manager (CSM), and a Team Lead if necessary.
