Chris has worked in business process outsourcing and staffing for over 20 years.
In 2005, DTSI (a subsidiary of NTT Telecoms) sent him to the US with his family to promote the Philippines as an outsourcing destination for Fortune 500 companies. From 2003 to 2010, as Director of Business Development, he was part of the team that brought large call centers, including Dell, to the Philippines, helping create over 40,000 jobs there and saving Fortune 500 companies up to 70% in payroll costs.
In 2009, he founded Gabtech LLC in Arizona to give smaller businesses access to the same staffing model Fortune 500 companies were using.
In 2017, he founded Gabtech Global LLC. The mission: help small and mid-sized US businesses grow while creating high-paying jobs in the Philippines.
